Mihir Pandit is a senior technology and cybersecurity leader with 24+ years of experience advising executive leadership on enterprise risk, cyber resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure digital growth. He has led large-scale technology and security programmes across global enterprises and regulated financial institutions, consistently aligning technology strategy with business and governance priorities.
He has driven enterprise cybers ecurity and cloud transformation initiatives delivering 40–65% reductions in material cyber risk, and mitigating significant regulatory and reputational exposure. His leadership experience includes senior roles at Dell Technologies and within RBI-regulated environments.
Mihir brings deep expertise in technology risk governance, cloud security (AWS, Azure), Zero Trust architecture, data protection, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, RBI and SEBI guidelines, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, with a strong record of improving governance maturity and reducing audit findings by 50–70%.

He brings deep expertise in cyber risk governance, identity and access management, cloud security, and regulatory compliance, with a proven ability to translate complex cyber threats into clear business and board-level decisions.
Formerly a Senior Security Director at NTT DATA Services, Tejas leads a global security engineering and architecture organisation spanning identity, application security, cloud security, and Zero Trust initiatives. He has built and scaled global teams of 130+ professionals, driven sustained operational performance, and delivered measurable improvements in enterprise security posture across financial services, healthcare, and retail sectors.
Tejas has held senior leadership roles at Wipro, Citibank, Infosys, Accenture, and Oracle, where he advised C-suite stakeholders on cyber resilience, compliance, and large-scale transformation programs. His experience includes oversight of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GLBA, HIPAA, FFIEC, and SOX programs, as well as strategic partnerships with leading security technology providers.
He actively contributes to the cybersecurity ecosystem as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Texas at Dallas, a Board Member of North Texas InfraGard, and an advisor to academic cybersecurity programs. Tejas holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and multiple senior security certifications, including CISSP and CCSP. He is a U.S. Citizen based in Texas.
